The table itself does not lock when unfolded. It is nos new old stock but has a small tear in the upholstery and a dent in one of the metal decorative corners 2nd and 3rd pictures.

It is very sturdy and features locking legs on each end. As it is older stock the coating on the metal leg locking assemblies is starting to flake as seen in the 6th picture.
