It was only used for a few months total and not abused when in use. I will have to break down the small box for shipping so it fit and ship attachments that would be included in a plastic bag order able them with pad. This must be shipped flat so it will a long box. Has two sets of instructions for proper use and hook up.
Just a minor cosmetic issue. Issues:on the back side of pad, there are some purple stains which I have captured in photos.
Has a plug ac adapter as well battery run option. It was hard to find for private purchase and I had a medical supply house that would could order me. There is a test button on the piece that you hang side of bed which operates unit. Please look them over.
Includes original plastic shipping sleeve for bed alarm mat and box attachments. Uses AA batteries if you choose. Not sure if this is how it was when I purchased for my mom. There is also a nurse call cable if needed.
When I finally received it, it was a life saver for my mother and me. Just a personal note: I paid almost 280 for this about 2 years ago. Bedpro complete over mattress bed safety alarm system size 10 x30.
It doesn't look ripped just open. Overall, the unit looks good and has minor issues from prior use. When I finally found it, had to order it from a medical supply house. I'm happy to help.
The other issue is that one side of plastic sleeve on pad open and you can see foam inside. I tested it before listing and seems to be in good working order. I placed a hospital pad water proof on top of it and then fixed the bed normally.
Well worth the money and peace of mind. The pad can be easily wiped down as it is a white plastic. Mentioned for accuracy in case it is a flaw.
