The table base is powered control. There is a 25 packing charge for materials and time to pack this on a pallet I pad, box, shrink wrap and band to a pallet.

Items are insured for their purchase price. On for 18 years. The pad plate slides up and back in to place smoothly.

The table moves up down smoothly and works great. The foot pedal works good.

Item is sold as described. They are manually adjusted and work great.
