It is also missing the security 5 sided wrench, the cable hanger that attaches to the mouse tray and the two pads that attach to the bottom of the CPU. It may be missing some parts that were included when new.

Item includes nothing else is included it comes as shown. GSR veers 586 gs 6.

Arm raises and lowers smoothly. Operational notes wheels turn smoothly it is missing one plastic side panel for the cable box.
