Cosmetically both are in good condition with only normal wear for a used item. Due to the complex nature of medical equipment, I am under qualified to evaluate its functioning condition. I have two of these and they are pretty much the same. This is not a reflection of the condition of this item.

Internal battery appears to hold a charge for the short time I powered it up then tested it. I do not know the status of the internal battery and do not guarantee it. Buttons are responding well.
